On July 28, the second 85,000 cbm VLEC built by Dalian Heavy-Industry Group (Dalian HI), CSSC for France"s JACCAR Holdings Group, was delivered to the ship owner.

With length of 231.6 meters, Beam 36.6 meters, the 85,000 cubic meter very large ethylene carrier (VLEC) capacity the world"s largest Type-C liquid tank. The ship is equipped with two fuel tanks and fuel gas system on the deck. The engine room is equipped with a dual-fuel low-speed main engine. During the operation, the main engine will be fueled by ethane, and the operation of the main engine will supply power to the whole ship through shaft generator.

At the same time, the main engine is equipped with exhaust gas recirculation unit (EGR), diesel generator is equipped with catalytic reduction unit (SCR) and corresponding water treatment system, sodium hydroxide system and urea system, etc., which can sail in the control area with strict requirements on nox emission.The applications of these devices and systems are also rare in the world.
