如果买卖双方需要修改合同中的联系人及联系方式，个别特别严谨的律师会要求双方签署“Supplemental Letter”，看似非常没有必要。以下例文供各位同行需要时参考。

RE: Change of Notice to the Buyer

Dear Sirs

We refer to a shipbuilding contract dated [date of contract] (the “Contract”) for the construction of one [the vessel] with the BUILDER"s Hull No. [hull no,] (the “Vessel”) entered by and between [the Buyer] and [the Seller].

Article XVII (NOTICE) of the Contract provides that, any and all notices and communications in connection with this Contract shall be addressed as follows:

We hereby informed you about the change of the contact details of notice to the Buyer. 

Therefore any and all notices and communications in connection with the Contract to the Buyer shall be changed as follows:
