挪威散货船东。“Golden Ocean Group”成立于1996年，是奥斯陆上市公司，隶属于“John Fredriksen Group”，船队主要以好望角型散货船和巴拿马型散货船为主，拥有各型船舶78艘，总运力1,070万载重吨，其中好望角型船46艘、巴拿马型/卡姆萨尔型船17艘、破冰级巴拿马型船12艘、超灵便型/极限灵便型船3艘。2013年，Golden Ocean在中船澄西订造了3+3艘6.4万吨大灵便型散货船，目前已全部交付。

根据Golden Ocean发布的2017年财报，2017年，金海洋净利润-230万美元，而上一年为亏损1.28亿美元；净营业收入为5,010万美元，而上一年为-7,030万美元；船舶平均等价期租收入为13,436美元/天，同比增加58.48%。（2018.03）
