印度散货船东。公司营运总部位于香港，船队有12艘散货船，其中6艘巴拿马级散货船（大宇2012~2013年建造交付），2艘大灵便型散货船（中远船务舟山，2015）。2013年在黄浦船厂下单建造4艘6.4万吨散货船，后因散货船航运市场萎缩，与船厂发生取消合同的仲裁。
