The VESSEL, including its machinery and equipment, shall be designed, constructed, equipped, tested and classified in accordance with the rules in force on the date of this Contract signing or published as at the date of this Contract signing and thereafter enter into force prior to Delivery Date (as hereinafter defined) and under the survey of DNVGL (hereinafter called the "Classification Society") and shall be distinguished in the record by the symbol of +1A BULK CARRIE, HC(B), BIS, BWM(T), E0, LCS, TMON, NAUT(OC), ESP, Recyclable, COAT-PSPC (D)

or equivalent,

and shall also comply with the rules and regulations as fully described in the Specifications. This VESSEL complies with MARPOL ANNEX VI TIER II regulations.

The requirements of the authorities as fully described in the Specifications including that of the Classification Society are to include additional rules or circulars thereof (as specified in the Specifications) in force on the date of this Contract or published as at Contract signing and thereafter enter into force prior to Delivery Date.
